Intelligent Heating

The heating of your room is monitored intelligently by our building automation system. This system senses the current temperature in the room, the forecasted temperature as well as the sunlight intensity. All these factors are taken into account to heat your room. The radiator might not always be warm and is therefore not recommended for drying.

Building Automation

The entire hotel is equipped with KNX (knx.org) technology. Heating, lighting scenes, doors and automations are all controlled by this system.

Lighting Scenes

Depending on the current sunrise and sunset times, different scenes of lighting are configured.

Doors

The main entrance sliding door as well as the bar are configured to open and close at certain times automatically

Monitoring

The system monitors hot water temperatures as well as pH levels in the swimming pool and sends out alarms if the data is not within the margins.
