Laundry Service

The laundry service is available daily between 9AM and 6PM, non dry cleaning clothes only. Your items will be washed carefully and folded and brought to your room. The price list is located in your room. Please fill it out carefully and call the reception under 466 to let us know when we can pick up your items.

Cleaning Service

Your room is cleaned daily by our staff. Bedsheets are changed upon request more frequently. Please contact the reception for more details.

Ironing Service

Due to fire emergency policies, we are unable to provide you with a clothes iron in your room. However, we offer an ironing service. The fees are located on the Laundry Services price list. Please call the reception for more information under 466.

Clothes Dryring Service

For your convenience, we offer a clothes drying service. The radiator in your room is not recommend for drying. Please call 466 or bring your clothes to the reception for drying.

Policies

No-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Should you ignore this policy, a minimum fee of Euro 500 will be applied to your room bill. Designated smoking areas are located outside.
